Best earphones I've ever used for working out....when they actually worked!, August 11, 2014
I reserve the right to update my review.....
First I'll start by saying that these are the best earphones I've used for working out ever....when they actually worked. The fit is snug (regardless of ear size). Over the course of 2 weeks, I used these earphones 2-4 hours daily. I used them on the train, while on the eliptical (8hrs), running (20miles), and at the driving range. When they worked, sound was great (comparable to my Bose MIE2i), build quality is great.
One small caveat. Music sounds great, however I tried to use them while watching netflix at the gym, and the audio seems to not be in sync and is delayed. I personally don't think this is a Beats issue...and is more a Bluetooth downfall, but since these are the only bluetooth earphones/headphones I've had, I can not confirm that is the case.
About 10 days after using them, I noticed that the volume down button on the inline mic stopped working. I found this strange so I called Amazon... Read more

Buyer Beware, January 1, 2015
I purchased this for my husband as a gift. He's only used them for 4 1/2 months, and just recently broke the housing while changing out the rubber ear pads. (See photo) They actually come with three or four different sizes so you can customize them. Great idea, right?! Wrong!! My husband took them to the closest Beats dealer/warranty service provider immediately. It turned out to be the Apple store. They looked up the warranty, and said that this repair was not covered. If he wanted to have it repaired, it would cost $164 plus tax. That's it. For that cost we could buy a new pair, but we're not. It's obviously very fragile and they are aware of this because it's specifically not covered. Buyer beware!

Beware! Headphone remote not designed for moisture, March 21, 2015
I really wanted to like these headphones. I bought them to replace a set of Jaybirds that had died after ~5 years of regular use, and was tired of fidgeting them back in my ears, and was attracted to these by the reviews that suggested they stay in place. I bought them, and apart from sweat in the gym took really good care of them (wiped them down after workouts, used the handy included case, never threw them in my bag by themselves, never dropped them).
The good news: they do mostly stay in place if you twist them right, although I still found the earbud would occasionally not stay plugged in. However, I really enjoyed the sound quality, especially the bass; perfect for working out. For the first ~2 weeks, that is.
The bad news: after 2 weeks of use, like many others, the headphone remote started malfunctioning. Buttons wouldn't respond sometimes, and other times the volume would change itself. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of returning them, and... Read more
