I love this selfie stick. It's awesomely compact, measuring 7-1/2" when closed. And extends to 27-1/2" when opened - the measurement is from the base of the handle to the head. When fully extended, it feels extremely secure, so you have no worries that it will slide down in the middle of taking pics. It also feels secure at any extension length. The head can be folded onto the handle, which makes it super compact for storage. (See pics 2 & 3) This helps for easy storage in a purse or bag, or even your back pocket if you're on the go. The phone cradle is very secure and holds on to the phone for dear life. The cradle is on a spring system so all you have to do is pull the end open and slide the phone in. The cradle is adjustable with a set screw on the side. Works great right out of the box, November 1, 2015
This stick was easy to set up and ready to go in minutes with no additionally assembly required, like a few (though not many) other selfie sticks that I've used. Mine shipped at least partially charged so I was able to test it out with my phone before giving a full proper charge. I was able to pair the shutter with my iPhone 5 quickly and with no issues.
The stick seems well constructed and durable and expands and collapses easily. I also like that the cradle folds over itself, allowing for more compact storage. It's also worth noting that Noot backs it with a 45 day money back guarantee, which is about half a month better than many stores do.
